The two other subprojects (MMD-Support and MultiMarkdown-6-Syntax-Guide)
haven't changed.

Test Plan

• portlint -AC: OK
• run test performed in 12i386
• poudriere builds for {10.3,10.4,11.1}{amd64,i386} and 12i386 available at

I built the port with the default config and with all four options activated.
