rS330249: stand: Makefile SUBDIR cleanup
Summary

r287186 generally added support for SUBDIR.yes, allowing for SUBDIR.${MK_*}+= constructs. Use this instead to clean up a lot of conditional bits used solely for adding to SUBDIR.
