Chapter 17.9 of the Handbook: put -t cd9660 option for the ISO formats

Summary

Chapter 17.9 describes Memory Disks and how to work with them. etc. In the example they provide in 17.9.1, they mount a memory disk created from an ISO file. When mounting the memory disk, they forget to use cd9660 option for ISO9660 filetype.
