New ports net/py-cloudflare-scrape and devel/py-PyExecJS

• py-cloudflare-scrape is a little python module to circumvent the challenge by cloudlare hosted pages.

Both look OK to me, is there a reason why the ports are being added together?

py-cloudflare-scrape needs py-PyExecJS, but I can commit them separately, py-PyExecJS first, of course.

I think it's more customary, so I suggest doing that instead.
