Add Werror=unintialized to CFLAGS, we've had problems wuith unitialized variables in numerous drivers and the server at times. Alphabetize the list of USE_XORG components for drives. Add libtool the USES for the server consistent with driver and lib (will be removed from server ports). Correct alignment with ts=4 (as far down as I was working).
