net/viamillipede: Update to 0.89

Changes since 0.7:

• clean up; round 2 hex output, lock cv inspection, sigpipe resiliance
• Parallel cleanup. Output cleanup. prbs now generates output.
• Deadlock fixes, += rate control, PRBS verifification fixes, run report format normalization. Release to ports for comment

And while here, also a minor cleanup.
