databases/foundationdb-devel: update to upstream

• remove Makefile based build targets; upstream switched to cmake
• switch to maintainer fork being upstreamed https://github.com/apple/foundationdb/pull/2634
• use cmake flags in above PR
• SSL now compiles against ports LibreSSL & OpenSSL but has not yet been tested, help welcomed so we can enable it as option
