devel/coccinelle: Update to 1.0.1

spatch(1) is not stripped anymore as it breaks the executable. For
instance, when not stripped, "spatch --version" returns:

spatch version 1.0.1 with Python support and with PCRE support

But once stripped, it does not work anymore:

Unknown option --version

This was already broken in the previous version of the port
(1.0.0-rc22).
