• Update to 0.11.1 [1]

• Delete backported patches, now in release [1]
• Sort USE_PYTHON values
• Add python as a secondary category
• Update COMMENT to match upstream setup.py description field
• Update pkg-descr WWW: URL to match upstream setup.py url field
• Add LICENSE_FILE
• Add NO_ARCH
• Sort sections
