release: Pass ABI to pkgbase-stage.lua

We then pass ABI from pkgbase-stage.lua to pkg(8); without this,
cross-building releases with PKGBASE enabled fails with

pkg: wrong architecture: ...
pkg: repository FreeBSD-base contains packages with wrong ABI: ...
