rP562710: devel/ncurses: disable suffixes
Summary

Make the wide version the only version built and remove the suffix for them. Keep backwards compatible suffix version for the main lib and pkg-config file for now, to be removed later.

While here, clean up a REINPLACE_CMD and fix a previous mistake with man page installation.
