rP556155: net/hblock: Fix PLIST_FILES usage
Summary

Pet portlint, which complains about %%MANPAGES%% in PLIST_FILES.

Lewis Cook, the maintainer of the port informed via mail about the problem.

Asking on freebsd-ports@ for a good pratice for this, yuri@ gave the decisive hint.

Tested on Poudriere (amd64, i386). 'portlint -AC' is really fine now :)
