This is a minor update for QGIS from 3.14.15 to 3.14.16. It fixes several problems and brings some new features[1].

What the port update should do:

• Update distversion number
• Remove portrevision
• Remove patch files needed for 3.14.15
• Move LIB_DEPENDS before RUN_DEPENDS
• Reorder entries in USES section
• Update distinfo

The patch is tested on Poudriere (only amd64; i386 not tested because of broken dependency multimedia/assimp)

'portlint -AC' seems fine.

Some test scenarios with running QGIS port work fine so far.
