This is a libretro core for fMSX, one of the oldest MSX1/2/2+ Computers emulators.

New port for libretro API

libretro meta port will be updated in another review.

Test Plan

poudriere (11/12/HEAD i386/amd64, HEAD aarch64)
portlint (looks fine.)
