rP528082: Drop dependency on devel/openmp
Summary

Only 1 month remains before FreeBSD 12.0 reaches EOL. Let's prepare in advance.

To keep risk low and review easy the following is outside of scope:

  • General post-EOL cleanup
  • Removal of devel/openmp
  • Removal of USES=compiler:openmp
  • Enabling OPENMP option by default
  • Making OpenMP support unconditional
Test Plan
  • 12.1 amd64 is OK

Could you leave math/R out? I'm about to update it for a new version and I took out the devel/openmp dependency already. Thanks.

The patch needs to be rebased, at least for math/R.
