I contacted ale, and he has declined managing the Italian translation anymore. I'm trying too start a new translation and I've setup some minimal pages with explanations and toools. I'd like the website information updated with this patch.
While at it I removed all the dead links to the previous translation effort.
At a second time, when publishing the new translated handbook I'd like also to give credit to the preovious effort people. I'll ask for guidance for that.
