This diff updates devel/efl port to 1.19.2, the latest stable of 1.19 series. I thought that jumping straight to 1.20 would be too bleeding edge.
With this change x11-wm/enlightenment works fine, as well as almost all other e stuff. The exception are benchmarks/expedite and devel/envetor. These does not
build with 1.19 and there is no official release that support it. I've pinged upstream, and meanwhile decided to create this diff, because updating devel/efl is
very cumbersome and I wanted to share this work so other won't do it again.
