this should probably be arm64 development to avoid confusion

devel/aarch64-none-binutils misses the fact it is targeting FreeBSD. I would think devel/aarch64-freebsd-binutils would be a better place for it.

The official arch name is AArch64 though, and I think this is what the Linux world is also going with.
