Note that /usr/ports/Keywords/ldconfig-linux.ucl was not tested.

@senguptaangshuman17_gmail.com: Let's schedule a test (half-matrix, non-privileged only with packages) this Friday, and verify that packages do not throw:

ldconfig: mkstemp(/var/run/ld-elf.so.hints.XXXXXX): Permission denied
