  - Update to version 2.3.2 [1]
  - Remove patches (upstreamed)
  - Bump shlib versions
  - Fix plist issues
  - Remove CA root cert that is installed by default

poudriere testport surfaced plist issues with MAN3 option enabled, updating patches.

Rename CERTBUNDLE option to CA_BUNDLE
Don't install certificate bundle by default
Remove spurious --enable-silent-rules
