R9:f0067defa05f: Status/2023Q1: Sort reports

Summary

Sort reports for 2023Q1 status report.

Morever a status/categories-desc.adoc file has been created: it contains
all the available categories for reports with their respective
descriptions. Category descriptions will be included from this file
each quarter to ensure uniformity over time.

(Some reports are still missing. The review will be updated as needed as
more reports come in and will be committed only once all reports are
ready).

18	The capitalization comes from the precedent reports and was already there, I have not invented it, I am only re-using it. More precisely, past reports define `[[third-Party-Projects]]` in `_index.adoc`. I guess whoever invented that variable likes camelCase. The new variable is obtained by only adding a `-desc` suffix. Maybe it would have been more consistent do add a `-Desc` suffix. I do not know. I like `-desc` more.
