Any reason not to use upstreams release archives?
https://download.fcitx-im.org/fcitx5/xcb-imdkit/

As it seems that its just a single host site, for now using the github infra would be more reliable and efficient for the users around the world. I guess we can suggest upstream also upload the distfile to github as a backup site.

Porters Handbook suggests that we use release archives whenever possible and these will indirectly have a backup as distcache will (I suppose) pick it up. It's not like we'll have any more using GitHub in that regard and it'll be most likely even harder to find a mirror if needed compared to release archives.
