R9:85f3d313b710: handbook: Drop duplicated URLs in Mirrors

Summary

Those were supposed to be separate URLs for IPv4 and IPv6,
but, well, they aren't. Drop the 'v6' ones; as it is now, it's just
duplicated URLs, and it looks weird and confusing.

That change makes sense to me, but I haven't checked the mirror list against reality.

Seems fine, but I hope you're checking with nc -z from freefall.f.o if they're working. ;)

I've found a few seemingly non-working ones, but this is about something different: those URLs are literally the same; I've looked at the generated HTML.
