rP434525: Add missing header to fix build on PPC

Summary

The previous removal of a patch caused a build failure on PPC and possibly other Tier 2 architectures using GCC. This patch from andreas corrects the build issue by adding a header.

Test Plan

builds on 11-STABLE PPC64, Poudriere 10.3/11.0 amd64/i386 OK
