This should be post-patch

@mat : I do not like that. I prefer that make patch only applies patches located under FILESDIR. Ideally these patches should be upstreamable. Thus it's easier to do make patch, hack, and then make makepatch when updating a port.

After that, pre-configure is there to prepare configure by adapting some directories with PREFIX and LOCALBASE if the port does not respect them out of the box.
