rD49718: Update release information on website.

Summary

linimon created https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=213522 to fix some of the most egregious release information problems on the website.

I then noticed some other problems and carefully smashed them.

If it compiles, ship it.

I reviewed it and liked the changes. However, I think the release engineering team also should take a look (although there is overlap with doceng and releng teams).
