Summary

cad/gmsh, cad/gmsh-occ: update to version 2.14.0

• When OCC option is selected add
  • libopenblas.so:math/openblas to OCC_LIB_DEPENDS
  • USE_OCC= gnome=cairo
• remove patch for taucs cmake configuration, which is now incorporated upstream
