v0.19.0 has a regression with some OGG streams. It was fixed in git master but not yet backported to release/current branch. Maybe include it under ${PATCHDIR} or as

PATCH_SITES=	https://github.com/mpv-player/mpv/commit/
PATCHFILES=	12e251c29e1b.patch:-p1
