When I run make po with this PO file, it creates a bunch of commented entries at the end. That indicates strings have changed in the English version since this PO file was created. Could you update your doc tree and check those?

I update Makefile which @wblock suggested, and update doc repository and re-make po file. (My working copy revision is 49021).
