I'd say it's fine as is. My one comment verges on nitpicking, so feel free to ignore it.

I've also wondered about terminology. We call this the 2026Q1 status report, but then say "it has a very high number of reports," which reads a bit like "reports within reports." Maybe "entries" within the overall report would be clearer. Again, this is minutiae, so feel free to ignore me.
