[Spanish] [Handbook] Add Spanish translation for Ports chapter

Summary

This patch provides the Spanish translation of the FreeBSD Handbook's Ports chapter.
The changes presented here have also been incorporated into Weblate.

Test Plan

• Applied the translation to a local copy of the freebsd-doc repository.
• Ran ./tools/translate.sh documentation es books/handbook/ports to generate the AsciiDoc file.
• Successfully built the documentation using make DOC_LANG=es, confirming no syntax or build errors in the output.
