Summary

USES=dos2unix is currently limited to WRKSRC which makes it harder to adjust for pre-formatting patches with ../ paths in them or if ${PATCH_WRKSRC} != ${WRKSRC}.

Ignore pre-patch conflict in sysutils/freefilesync. rP410810 was backed out.
