Summary

Somewhat pedantic, but highlights:

  • More explicit that the primary behavior change hasn't happened yet
  • Re-position the new knob a bit- the default was tweaked for backward compatibility, but the knob itself was MFC'd to allow earlier adoption of the behaior

I checked the previous history of the Future Changes section. After every major release, its text was changed to describe the next major version in all subsequent minor releases of the previous versions. After the 15.0 release, the Future Changes section should contain our view on the significant changes expected in FreeBSD 16.
