NOTE: DO NOT COMMIT!

Pushed into the revision stack for convenience.
The series were tested using an old Raspberry Pi 4 with a random USB WiFi module.
Some elements of this file are certainly interesting, and could be incorporated into a unified rpi.cg file that somewhat aligns to what releng does, dropping rpi2.cfg and rpi3.cfg.

Previous revision stack was committed.
All possible improvements that derive from this file, will be re-submitted.
