The Versions section has bitrotted.

Some versions were missing, and some Templates were missing or incorrect.

I have no way to test this, sorry, someone will need to double-check my work.

The addition of missing entries is definitely useful btw and LGTM.

I'm not fully convinced we need the template? I just copy/paste from an existing entry when I need to add a new one. Especially given that some of the templates are out of date anyway, I'd probably prefer just removing them.

Arguably this should already be 14.3-STABLE? But again, I'm not sure it's useful to update this after every minor release.

It's not clear this is useful as we will not have any more bumps on 12.x.
