Some context:

• the project is working on adding fastly.com as a CDN for distributing images and packages
• as part of this arrangement we need to display an acknowledgement, on the download area, and a couple of other places

I am not certain if this is the best place for that acknowledgement, but it is a start.
Please feel free to suggest an alternative location.

We could add a link to the Handbook/Mirrors section. There, we have lots of information about all the FreeBSD mirrors.
