R9:b06cb209d7bd: Release Notes: Hardware Compat: remove rtwn_usb from Ethernet drivers
Summary

The previous commit adds rtwn_usb in the wireless network section where it goes.
Trying to create consistency in manuals patch on the other side of this,
eventually I realized there was a second rtwn_usb in the ethernet section.
Remove that, sorry I didn't catch previously.
