I've just got reply from both@ related to llvm16 fix conditional and we can remove fix entirely as this update don't need it.

1. Committers ever actually check their own codes with changes. :/.

So even I added this for an earlier version does not mean that you
will always need this. When there is a version update it's the
committer's responsibility to check whether if this builds with
the newer versions without these hacks. In case it does this entire
conditionals should be removed.
