We announced this in January 2021 with the demotion of i386 to Tier-2 for FreeBSD 13 (but at that time agreed to keep providing freebsd-update updates for 13).

Massaged the language to flow a bit better.

update per Gordon, technically arm64 isn't supported by f-u for 12.4 but we actually did include it and there's less than two months left in 12.4's lifetime anyway
