Update devel/kyua to 0.12.

Summary

The new release is not officially out so the checksums in
this diff will change. However, I'm sending the diff for preapproval
to allow me to commit the change soon after I publish the release.

Test Plan

Installed the package and ran "kyua test" over /usr/tests.
Compared the output with that of the previous release to ensure the
behavior is the same.

Updated distinfo with final checksum of actual release.

Also pushed a copy of the distfile to LOCAL/jmmv.
