Move back the isa non-PNP driver deadline to FreeBSD 14

The 'move back' from previous commit confuses me a little. It seems the deadline is moving forward :)

I'd use "postpone ... removal until 15".

Also can you email me the full dmesg from the affected machine along with a few words to describe the boot env: bios vs uefi, bare metal vs vm (and type).
