Summary

Update sysutils/rpi-firmware to 1.20230405.

The author of pscimon, gonzoua, has deleted the project. I pulled the project from the ports cache and stored it in FreeBSD-Ask:pscimon.

Test Plan

Tested successfully on Raspberry Pi 4B 8GB v1.5.

I switch rpi3-psci-monitor upstream to freebsd/rpi3-psci-monitor , which is a better clone/fork preserves all the history.
