This one is the server address, I am not very sure adding link to make it a hyper link would be useful.

Maybe saying that the server address is at ... ?

After trying to get there with a web browser I understood what you meant (I am unfamiliar with Matrix). I assume there is some kind of client in the ports tree: maybe refer to it using the package macro?

I was unclear. What i had in mind is something like "There is currently a testing instance at matrix-dev.FreeBSD.org setup by clusteradm: you can join it using a client such as package:www/cinny[]."

But it can also be left as it is.
