Summary

Years ago I submitted the no-cache feature to unbound. Over time they
broke it. I debugged it down to the point where this will dtrt in a
recent version on FreeBSD with minimal changes.

I keep forgetting to submit it upstream and I see the next release
coming so putting it up here so I keep seeing it (and others can find
it too).

Sorry. I don't have a harbour rule that would have notified me of this.

Do we want to proactively commit this to our tree before it is accepted upstream?
