Like these updates. Just a couple of suggestions you can take or leave I think (though .Xr arch 7 is the one I think we'd want more).

share/man/man7/sizeof.7
44	struct foo when foo hasn't been defined yet too might make a better example.
50–55	Somehow work a xr to arch(7) here for details maybe?
