Summary

Without this fix the pocketbeagle wont start because the lack of tick-timer in the choosen node.
This is the same patch as https://github.com/u-boot/u-boot/commit/d3e25aed73143b98e3f27908f2d951345d8c617b

Dont commit this, it should be fixed upstream.
