Summary

The makepkg included with bash-completion refers to a Slackware program. The name conflicts with a program included in sysutils/pacman which supplies its own bash completion.

This is needed in order to commit D33652.

Test Plan

Dogfooded for too long in order to test and dogfood sysutils/pacman
