R9:3ce678e27563: layouts: Change year/month headers to h2

Summary

The h1 header in the current beastie theme does not have proper top margin settings. Also, these year/month headers usually appear in a list under the real h1 header. Change them to h2.

Which browser(s) did you check these with? (I have Chromium, Firefox, and Midori installed, so I can give you more coverage if needed. No access to Safari, Opera, or Edge.)
