lang/mono6.8: Fix version in CONFLICTS_INSTALL

 PR: 254222
Approved by: tbd (mentor), portmgr (blanket)
 Differential Revision:	https://reviews.freebsd.org/D32998
Test Plan

Funny thing is, its not actually broken because 5.20 has it correctly defined. Installing either after the other will prompt removal from the current installed version (correct behavior) but a port can't really conflict with itself.

  1. If it changes the contents of the package and fixes some bug, then bumping PORTREVISION is needed.
  2. This port is maintained by mono@. Usually, it is necessary to get approval to modify ports maintained by someone else. In this case, however, I'd say it's fine to use Approved by: portmgr (blanket).
