Summary

No new release for over 10 years and pretty much "any" user of NaCl have migrated to libsodium or at least really should by now. We have no users left in ports except for djbdns which is (half) broken and support isn't enabled by default.
https://cgit.freebsd.org/ports/tree/dns/djbdns/Makefile#n110
Additionally NaCL throws a lot of strange warnings and errors during build but it does compile

PR: https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=256449 (no response from maintainer)
